The church was built in the renaissance baroque style (1596-1603), the presbytery was completed around 1750 and the wooden house for the vicars was built in 1883. Other part of the complex is 17th century belfry, church wall and entrance which house neobaroque metal gates. The graveyard adjacent to the church homes the 16th century stoup from the Eastern Orthodox church in Horbów, as well as the tomb of Ignacy Michael Kamiński, general of the Duchy of Warsaw army.
