The function hall in the Bialski regional authority council office has adapted to hold theatrical shows as well as town event since 2012. This building was adjusted for theatrical performances and has a well equipped wardrobe and toilet facilities. The stage is equipped with exceptional lighting and sound capabilities. The hall also offers multimedia projector facilities and can hold 300 seats. There is also a large car park outside.
